162 up is down, and other truths from the RNC
If the lineup of kids and spouses and appointees all fawning over "my father" and "my husband" isn't enough, then the gaslighting content of the speeches should get you.
Let's just take one example, my former neighbor's statement that she is a first generation child of immigrants. Except, her mom was born in Puerto Rico, where residents have been US citizens since 1917.
So I took the time to correct another part of her statement.
Boom! That's it. Now apply to every single word coming forth from every speaker. It is all deflection and projection, every freaking word. When they say "they," think "we," when they say "I" think "you" and when they say "you" think "me."
Let's try again.
Wow. That was kinda hard work.
Right now, I'm trying to decide between a joke about whether historic Charlotte has gaslights, or simply saying "charlottan," except, oh yeah, he's doing all his campaigning from the "people's house."
(Spylania did get that right.)
That's it. Not a lot of words today, there's already enough bullshit flying around. And thanks for the well wishes yesterday. It means a lot.
