Above is a slackenside, a naturally smooth rock wall created by friction along a fault line.
Yesterday, from a US human's perspective, perhaps the biggest thing to happen was a new supreme court (in)justice.
Certainly it feels like we're being ground into dust by powers beyond our control.
But I guess the question is, what are we going to do about it?
And how?
And when?
And to whom?
