225 it means no worries

You have perhaps heard me say "humans talk in order to make sense of the world." This blog is no exception.

Back in March, when we were ordered to "shelter in place," my life, all of our lives, entered new territory. We didn't know what was next.

Then we got into the long boring part of wait and see. We watched dear leader try to ignore the virus, then basking in attention as he played doctor, then congress bailed for the summer while our in-laws died, then everyone in charge trying to act like nothing is happening while they get sick themselves, and now?

Tested positive before the game. Took another test.

Pulled in the seventh inning.

But back for the victory celebration. I guess with the league's tv contract fulfilled, they figured the other players had a few months to recuperate?

Two weeks after quarantine ends, Larry's island is closing up again.

It was not SF's best week.

This is kind of a cool chart.

It shows that despite the car's appearance of global domination in the transportation segment, the bicycle has been quietly kicking it's ass for decades.

Including most of the 600k sold in the US this year.

It means no worries.
