Adios, Fuckface. I listened to his goodbye speech yesterday, it was an attempt to rewrite history. You know, put a final spin on things. Like a smooth talking salesman.
The one thing I was going to say I agree with him about is his pride in starting no new wars. That's great, really it is. But then I think about our domestic situation, and how many people are calling it a "cold civil war," and I guess he's lying about that, too.
The Bannon pardon really shows how the whole wall idea was just a scam. Hell, the whole running for office thing was a scam. It was never about a wall, or immigrants, it's just a dumb talisman for holding hate and fear and grubbing up some free money.
So now we move into the era of seeing if Democrats have grown any balls.

It took a while, but I don't feel so lonely wearing a bandana these days.
So the virus is mutating. It turns out the British variation is far from the only one. This one, L452R, has become 25% of California cases. One month ago, it was 4%.
Apparently, this is pretty common with coronaviruses. And the more people get it, the more it will vary, until it's totally out of control, and we start calling it "seasonal" this or that.
With about ten days to go, the Vendee Globe is anyone's race.
I've been seeing this name, Substack, associated with some writers I like. So it was time to check it out.
It's all about newsletters. Hmmmm. While I publicize this blog on Twitter and Facebook, I think most readers come off FB, which is a dying platform. Maybe it's time to make a move to push content on a different platform.
Well, after one week of unity, the turtle is back to being an obstructionist.
Boy, writing "slave-owner" was a bit difficult. We need better words for humans who exploit other humans. Using their old terms is letting them off way too easily.
