372 follow the screencraps

The photo above doesn't look like much, because I missed it. If you look in the background, you can see a number of cyclists. On my walk to the Farmer's Market yesterday, I saw the biggest group of bicycles mass up at a light of the past year. There were probably eight.

So it turns out CCIV wasn't even in talks with Lucid until after the news reports. Does this matter? I dunno, just following the money.

Because following the money matters. We have more guns than anywhere on earth (less than 5% of global population, more than 45% of all privately-held guns) but when you drill down into the situation, it turns out there is more gun violence in the US where there is a wider wealth gap.

Yesterday I read that the average net worth of a so-called "white" family in Boston is $250,000 and the net worth of the average "black" family is $8. Yeah, that kind of gap.

As long as we're following the money, look at this gap.

Looks like the big tax cut for corporations and the wealthy might just work to put us out of business after all.

It's just seasonal. It's just unmet demand from the pandemic. It's just xenophobia and racism and a scarcity mindset. It sure as hell ain't the free market.

It's funny how everyone trumpets the free market until somebody shows up to take their shit, and then it's all about the rule of law.

Thinking I need something to march in. Tomorrow is Critical Mass.
